The use of Observ skin diagnostic machinery and imagery is used to assess the current condition of your skin. Tailored to your skin on the day of treatment, our Clinical Conditioning Treatment is results-driven while still deeply relaxing. It is designed to address a wide range of skin concerns, including dehydration, dryness, acne, congestion, pigmentation and ageing.
The treatment includes a gentle peel or exfoliation, LED light therapy accompanied by an arm massage, a customised mask with neck, shoulder and décolletage massage, and tailored finishing products.
Some treatments may include sensations of warmth and mild tingling.

Elementals Oxygenation Enzyme is a tightening mask treatment designed to oxygenate, detoxify and purify the skin while balancing the skin microbiome. The formulation also contains a gentle exfoliant with antimicrobial and antioxidant properties. The Oxygenation Enzyme treatment is great for aging, acne, hyperpigmentation, barrier repair and rosacea skins.
Post treatment, the skin can be mildly red due to the new fresh blood that’s oxygenated the skin, this will subside fairly quickly.

Corrective Peels

Lira Clinical Corrective Peels are designed to safely and effectively treat a wide range of skin concerns with minimal to no downtime. Each treatment is customised by your skin therapist to address your unique needs, targeting concerns such as acne, congestion, scarring, pigmentation, signs of ageing, and overall skin rejuvenation.
Preparation with prescribed Lira Clinical homecare is required for two weeks prior to treatment to ensure your skin is ready and to achieve the best possible results.
For best results, we recommend a series of six treatments, spaced two to three weeks apart.
Advanced Corrective Peels

Our Advanced Corrective Peels deliver both preventative and corrective results by resurfacing and revitalising the skin. As no two skins are the same, your expert skin therapist will customise each treatment to suit your individual needs and concerns.
Some downtime may be required with the Advanced Corrective Peels, however this will be discussed with you prior to treatment. Your skin therapist will work with you to plan your treatments around work or social commitments.
Medical Microneedling
Our skin therapists will use the Exceed® device to trigger growth factors for building new collagen. This is facilitated using medical grade stainless steel needles that penetrate the top layer of the skin to cause micro-wounds without substantially affecting the structure of the epidermis. The creation of controlled micro-wounds in the skin instigates the regeneration of skin cells via the natural process of healing.
After a course of 6 treatments 4 weeks apart, the skin is visibly revitalised and rejuvenated.
