Booking Fee Policy

To secure an appointment at Skin Solutions, a booking fee of 50% of the treatment is required at the time of scheduling. This policy is essential for:

1. Appointment Confirmation

• The booking fee ensures that clients are committed to their scheduled appointments, reducing the likelihood of no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

2.  Time and Resources

• Our beauty therapists dedicate valuable time, expertise, and resources to provide personalised services. The booking fee helps compensate for the reserved time and resources allocated to each appointment.

Please note that the deposit is deductible from the total cost of the appointment. In the event of a cancellation 24hrs or more ahead or time clients can enjoy the convenience of a credit on their Timely account to be used at a later date.

Cancellations, Rescheduling and No Shows

1. Cancellation or Rescheduling

• Please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• You can notify us by texting the clinic directly.

2. Late Cancellations or No-Shows

• If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your treatment.

• In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full appointment fee will be charged.

3. Exceptions

• We understand that emergencies or unexpected situations can occur, and we will consider individual circumstances.

4. Appointment Reminders

• We will provide appointment reminders via email and/or SMS to help you avoid any unintentional breaches of our cancellation policy.
